本會現在呼籲全體校友於 10月7日 18:00-21:00， 或，10月8日 09:00-17:00 回母校一樓地理室，在校友校董選舉中行使校友的權利投票 (請帶備身份證明文件，供工作人員核實校友身份)。
候選人鄭永健博士 (1994/7A) 將會於10月8日 (週六)下午3時至5時到場與校友面對面交流，歡迎任何校友參與。 5時之後，投票站會關閉並變成點票站，本會誠邀有興趣觀看公開點票的校友留步，見證選舉結果。

經核實資料後，本會確認鄭永健博士 (1994/7A) 為今屆選舉的候選人。
請各位校友踴躍出席九月三十日(周五)傍晚18:45-20:00舉行之選舉論壇，與候選人面對面直接交流，並在投票日投票！
The Electoral Affairs Committee received one valid nomination form for the 5th IMC Alumni Manager Election during the nomination period. Dr. Cheng Wing Kin, Ken (1994/7A) was confirmed to be the candidate of the election. Alumni are encouraged to attend the election forum on 30/9/2016 (Fri) 18:45-20:00 and to vote on the election day, thank you for your kind attention!
黃旭熙校友（Andrew Wong）的兩任校友校董任期將於十月屆滿及卸任。舊生會藉此衷心感謝Andrew過去四年間，百忙中仍盡心盡力，為校友付出及貢獻。
新一屆校友校董選舉現正接受提名。截止目前為止，我們仍未收到任何提名及申請；在此，本會強烈呼籲各位有志之士把握機會，於9月1日（星期四）下午五時或之前報名參選，支持母校發展！
2016年第五屆香港中國婦女會中學法團校董會校友校董選舉將於10月初假母校舉行。
所有畢業生，不論是否舊生會會員，均有提名、參選及投票權，詳情如下：
提名期：2016年7月18日(周一) 09:00 至 9月1日(周四) 17:00
選舉日：2016年10月7日(周五) 18:00-21:00 及 10月8日(周六) 09:00-17:00
校友如欲參選，請於舊生會網頁下載選舉指引及提名表格，並把填妥的表格於提名期內，親自遞交或以郵寄方式交回母校校務處 (香港西灣河太祥街2B 香港中國婦女會中學 校友校董選舉 轉舊生會收，只接受正本，恕不接受電郵或傳真表格)。

The 5th HKCWCC IMC Alumni Manager Election 2016 would be held at the school in early October this year.
All alumni are encouraged to take part in the election with the details as follows:
Nomination period: 18th July, 2016 09:00 till 1st September, 2016 17:00
Polling day: 7th October, 2016 18:00-21:00 & 8th October, 2016 09:00-17:00
If you are interested to stand for the election, you can download the election guideline and the nomination form at the HKCWCCAA website. Please return the completed form to the HKCWCC General Office by self or by post (2B, Tai Cheong St, Sai Wan Ho, HK) within the nomination period. Only the original copy would be accepted and please do NOT return by E-mail or Fax. For enquiries, please contact us at “election@hkcwccaa.org.hk“. We are looking forward to hearing from you!

除官網外，Facebook專頁將作為舊生會主要的聯絡平台，我們將以「香港中國婦女會中學舊生會 Hong Kong Chinese Women’s Club College Alumni Association」名義於專頁上，向各位校友發佈最新的消息及宣傳。請各位校友留意：只有經由以上帳戶發出的訊息，方代表本會之內容及立場。

On behalf of the new committee (2016-2017) of HKCWCCAA, I would like to cordially deliver our sincere greetings to all of our alumni. Happy new year, and wish you all great health and wealth in 2016.
In the coming years, AA will keep cooperating closely with our alma mater for activities and functions. Your support will be crucial. Facebook is one of the main ways to reach you. All our announcements and promotions will be made using the name “香港中國婦女會中學舊生會 Hong Kong Chinese Women’s Club College Alumni Association”. Any posts from a name other than that will not represent the announcements or the views from HKCWCCAA.
